Hamburg, 30 June 2026 – Jürgen Rietschle has been appointed Business Manager Polymer Additives at the Biesterfeld Group, effective August 1, 2026.
Jürgen Rietschle brings extensive experience in strategic business development and international sales. He joined Biesterfeld in November 2024 as Head of Sales Polymer Additives. Throughout his career, he has held several senior management positions with responsibility for key business functions and has successfully driven growth, expanded international sales structures, and led large international teams. He succeeds Michael Pilz, who is retiring after a long and successful career at Biesterfeld, during which he held various positions for nearly four decades.
