Santoprene® TPV thermoplastic rubber is an alloy of fully vulcanised EPDM rubber dispersed in a PP phase. It can be delivered from Shore A 35 to Shore D 50, in natural and black colour. UV- and Copper-stabilized, flame-retardant grades as well as to low-fogging car interior grades are available. Santoprene® TPV finds its application in a variety of automotive approvals, in the industrial & consumer segment and the 2-component injection moulding. Combining the characteristics of vulcanized rubber with the processing ease of Thermoplastics this TPE also offers reduced system costs and potential sustainability at an unique constant level and global availability.
