Product description
Polyurethane (PU) casting resins from OBO-Werke (master distributor Huntsman Advanced Materials), due to their high chemical and mechanical resistance combined with their flexibility, are suitable for the production of precision models, moulds and prototypes. The materials cure at room temperature and have a high flowability. These properties allow for a simple casting process. After curing, they can have the following properties: high mechanical strength, long-lasting flexibility, high abrasion resistance and shock resistance. They have a very long life and fine details are reproduced due to the very low linear shrinkage. They are therefore ideal for detailed imaging in foundry models, or even for thin layers.
