Sidistar® comprises a unique range of multifunctional additives for polymers. The products are based on advanced amorphous (non-crystalline) spherical silicon dioxide.

The product will improve your product properties through the shape and size of the particles; they are inert, safe to use and listed under REACh.

Sidistar® can help improving your products like no other additive in the world-wide market.

In uncured compounds due to the dispersion down to primary particles Sidistar® is providing the so called ball bearing effect.

This leads to significant improvements in mixing energy, reduction of mixing cycles, better dispersion and efficiency.

In short Sidistar® can improve:

• Rheology/Processing (lower viscosity, surface finish, better dispersion, reduced mixing energy)

• Dynamic Fatigue (longer service life, lower failure risk)

• Flame Retardancy (char integrity, lower heat and smoke release)

• Fibre Dispersion (improved performance, lower costs)
