Product description
DOW Silicones (formerly Dow Corning) delivers a wide variety of silicone-based polymers for diverse solutions in electric, electronic and energy application cases. DOWSIL™ and SILASTC™ silicone foams are used as compression gaskets to protect electronics against dust, moisture and splashed water. Silicone foams will be delivered as two-component materials in mixing ratios of 1:1. DOWSIL™ and SILASTIC™ addition-cure silicone foams are designed to be dispensed with a dynamic mixing system and cured directly on parts to form an integrated gasket.
