Hamburg, August 12, 2026 – Biesterfeld, one of the internationally leading distribution and service companies for plastics, rubber and specialty chemicals, has expanded its long-standing collaboration with Chase Corporation. Effective immediately, Biesterfeld is authorized to distribute the conformal coating brands HumiSeal® and ABchimie in Southeast Asia with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The expanded partnership builds on the successful cooperation between the two companies in the EMEA region and reflects their shared ambition to support customers in one of the world's fastest-growing electronics manufacturing markets.
HumiSeal® and ABchimie offer a comprehensive portfolio of conformal coating solutions that protect electronic assemblies against moisture, chemicals, dust and other environmental influences. The products are used in a broad range of applications, including sensors, LED and lighting systems, water metering, automotive electronics, electric vehicles and battery technology, helping to improve the reliability and durability of electronic components in demanding environments.
The extended collaboration was already showcased at the Electronics Manufacturing Expo Asia (EMAX) in Penang, Malaysia, in July 2026, where Biesterfeld successfully presented HumiSeal® solutions to customers and industry partners. The expanded distribution rights further strengthen the companies' joint commitment to supporting electronics manufacturers across Southeast Asia.
