Hamburg, 9 October 2023 - Philip Chew has been appointed to the Executive Board by the Supervisory Board of Biesterfeld AG with effect from 1 October 2023. Philip Chew will continue to assume his responsibilities as Managing Director of GME Chemicals PTE Ltd. based in Singapore, which was acquired by the Biesterfeld Group in 2021.
"Southeast Asia is one of the fastest growing regions in the world. Philip Chew has very successfully driven the integration of GME Chemicals into the Biesterfeld Group. With him as a further member of the Executive Board, we will continue to significantly drive the future global expansion of our company, especially in this region.
