Hamburg, 25 February 2025 – Marzena Kristal will take over responsibility for the global management of Human Resources at Biesterfeld as Global Human Resources Director on 1 April 2025.
Marzena Kristal has many years of leadership experience in the field of human resources and broad expertise in the entire field of international HR management. Her areas of expertise include the operational support of production, sales and service at national and international level, personnel and organizational development tailored to the specific requirements of the business units and the accompanying of change processes. Before joining Biesterfeld, she was most recently Senior Director Human Resources at KION Group AG, where she was responsible for the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
