Product description
The need for high‑level protection of printed circuit boards has become increasingly important. Conformal coatings provide reliable and durable protection in harsh environments, including high humidity, dust, chemical exposure, and corrosive conditions. Their low‑viscosity formulations are engineered for excellent flow characteristics and demonstrate outstanding flexibility once cured. These coatings are compatible with a wide range of application methods such as spraying, dipping, jetting and brushing, ensuring easy integration into existing production processes. HumiSeal® products are available in 1-, 5- and 20-liter pails.
To support optimal application performance, HumiSeal® offers a comprehensive range of pre‑blended thinners tailored to different coating types and processing requirements. These thinners help adjust viscosity, improve flow, and ensure consistent coating quality across various environments and equipment setups. Most of the pre blended products are available in 5 liter, with some also offered in 20 liter pails.

HumiSeal® 1B31 is a fast‑drying, single‑component acrylic conformal coating that provides outstanding moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit board assemblies. It fluoresces under UV light to support easy visual inspection and can be repaired easily.
HumiSeal® 1B73 is also a fast‑drying, single‑component acrylic conformal coating designed for use on printed circuit board assemblies. It offers excellent flexibility and strong electrical performance. Like 1B31, it fluoresces under UV light for simplified inspection and allows straightforward repair.
