Perfectasol® proteins are pure and native proteins extracted from non-genetically modified potatoes. Perfectasol® potato proteins are suitable for vegetarian and vegan products and are halal- and kosher certified. Perfectasol® potato proteins offer superior emulsifying, foaming and gelling properties for the replacement of animal proteins like casein, whey protein isolate, gelatin, egg white and egg yolk in various confectionery products, meat and meat analogues, non-dairy toppings, ice creams and dressings. Perfectasol® potato proteins have a high biological value, higher than that offered by other vegetable proteins and similar to that of whey and egg protein.
