Glass mats

Product description

Glass mats are composed of approximately 5 cm-long pieces of roving, arranged at random and combined together with a binder. Mats generally weigh 150, 225, 300, 450 and 600 g/m2. The composition of the binder determines the properties of the mat and its destination. The most popular binders are readily soluble in styrene, and are suitable for both epoxy and polyester resins.
