Selcion® LCP is a liquid crystal polymer. This highly crystalline high-performance polymer offers maximum heat resistance, very good flow properties, exceptional dimensional stability and low warpage.
With its low coefficient of thermal expansion, dimensional stability and inherent flame resistance, it is ideal for delicate E/E applications such as connectors, coil formers, sockets, FPCs and 5G connectors, which require a high degree of precision and dimensional accuracy.
Selcion® LCP enables burr-free injection moulding involving very narrow tolerances and short cycle times, which is essential for electronic components, especially micro-components in computers, smartphones and 5G applications.
