Chlorthalidone is a diuretic from the group of thiazide diuretics that is used for the treatment of high blood pressure and to flush out water accumulations in tissue. It is administered in the form of tablets which may contain Chlorthalidone as a single substance or in combination with e.g. beta-blockers.
