Hamburg, 13. June 2023 – Biesterfeld Performance Rubber is expanding its partnership with the German process chemicals manufacturer Chem-Trend and will be distributing the Chem-Trend® and Mono-Coat® product lines in Germany with immediate effect. This further expands the partnership that has already existed for many years in several European countries.
The Chem-Trend® product line includes water- and solvent-based semi-permanent as well as conventional mold release agents and covers all conceivable applications in the rubber processing industry. The products, which provide improved release and rubber material flow, are used in numerous industries such as die casting, polyurethane, tire manufacturing or wood composites and are particularly suitable for molded parts with very complex geometry and structure. Depending on the application, the release agents are marketed as semi-permanent or as conventional products, enabling customized solutions for customers.
Mono-Coat® are semi-permanent release agents. These offer an alternative to conventional release agents that have to be reapplied each time they cure. They provide an excellent release effect for almost all molding compounds used in the rubber industry for rubber compounds.
