Transformation of Biesterfeld companies in Switzerland into pubic limited companies

The Swiss companies Biesterfeld Spezialchemie Helvetia GmbH and Biesterfeld Plastic Suisse GmbH belonging to the Biesterfeld Group have been transformed into public limited companies.

Biesterfeld Spezialchemie Helvetia GmbH has been changed to Biesterfeld Helvetia AG with effect from 06/10/2015. The company is represented by the board of directors. The members of the board of directors are Dr. Nicole Hamelau, René Busler and Stefan Tschanz.

Biesterfeld Plastic Suisse GmbH has been changed to Biesterfeld Plastic Suisse AG with effect from 06/12/2015. The company is represented by the board of directors. The members of the board of directors are Thilo Wüst, Stefan Tschanz and René Busler.
