Sergej Lazovic appointed Managing Director of Biesterfeld Plastic

Sergej Lazovic has been appointed Managing Director of Biesterfeld Plastic GmbH alongside Peter Wilkes.

Sergej Lazovic joined the Biesterfeld Group in 2016. As Managing Director, he was initially very successfully responsible for the global business activities of Biesterfeld International GmbH. Among other things, he later drove forward the merger with Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, where he also joined as Managing Director alongside Peter Wilkes in October 2021. Both continue to hold this position.

Peter Wilkes, member of the Executive Board of Biesterfeld AG, explains: “I am delighted that we have also been able to win Sergej Lazovic as Managing Director for Biesterfeld Plastic. Sergej has many years of experience in chemical distribution in senior management positions. He has already made the sales organization at Biesterfeld International considerably more efficient and customer-oriented and successfully reorganized the international business. We have also benefited from this experience in our Spezialchemie division and he will now also bring this expertise to our Plastic division. We are a great team and I am very much looking forward to continuing our close and trusting cooperation also in this management position.”
