Frank Johänning has taken over responsibility for the global management of the Performance Polymers business unit at Biesterfeld as Global Business Director with effect from October.
Frank Johänning has decades of experience in the chemical industry in various management positions at well-known producers. In the course of his career, he has been responsible for product marketing, technical marketing and sales. He comes from the Mitsubishi Chemical Group, where he has held various global management positions over the past twelve years, particularly in the field of high-performance polymers. Most recently, Johänning headed the Advanced Materials division as Global Director Business Development and successfully expanded it internationally.
