Biesterfeld AG, Hamburg, sell retroactively as per 30th September 2008 together with their partners all shares held in the agricultural distribution and trading company Biesterfeld Scheibler Linssen GmbH & Co. KG to Raiffeisen Hauptgenossenschaft Nord AG, Kiel.
This step enables Biesterfeld AG to fully concentrate on their core business segments Biesterfeld Plastic GmbH, Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH as well as Biesterfeld International GmbH. In addition to the acquisition in October of this year of the Polish distributor for Speciality Chemicals Milar Sp. z o. o. further acquisitions are planned.
