Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH with Dr. Nicole Hamelau and her team visited on April 19th, 2013 undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Institute of Business Administration in Münster. Three colleagues from the fields of LifeScience Pharma and CASE who have already completed their studies at the Institute of Business Administration in business chemistry supported the managing director. Already since the winter term 2011/12, Biesterfeld Spezialchemie awards two students within the area business chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Münster with a scholarship known as “Deutschlandstipendium”.
In an open atmosphere, the opportunity was taken to present Biesterfeld Spezialchemie as a pan-European distributor of specialty chemicals and clarify possible areas for business chemists, as well as the challenges related to the company as an employer.
“From the point of view of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, this was a very successful event. We also hope that for some participants there is an awakened interest in the area of distribution", summarized Dr. Nicole Hamelau at the end of the event.
