Distributor underlines commitment to strategic transformation
Biesterfeld SE announces a change to its Supervisory Board: Effective 23 April 2026, Dr. Christian Kohlpaintner has been appointed to the Board. At the same time, Dr. Matthias Kreysel will step down from the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Christian Kohlpaintner brings more than 30 years of experience in the global chemical industry and distribution. In his most recent role as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Brenntag SE, a DAX-40-company, he led the company’s comprehensive strategic transformation. He drove sustainable growth, oversaw an extensive digital transformation and further developed a strong, people- and values-driven corporate culture.
