Hamburg, July 2, 2026 – Biesterfeld, one of the international leading distribution and service companies in the field of polymers, rubber, specialty chemicals and ingredients, has acquired 100 percent of the shares of its Italian Joint Ventures Biesterfeld Polybass and Biesterfeld Polychem.

Paola, Alfredo and Giacomo will continue to work within the company until the end of 2026, ensuring a smooth transition phase. Claudio Giorio, Managing Director Biesterfeld Polybass Spa and Roberto Calvi Head of Sales and Business Manager Biesterfeld Polychem Srl will continue to lead the companies in their respective roles.
