Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, and is available in a wide range of melt index and comonomer content combinations. For high proportions of vinyl acetate, EVA, with its flexibility and resilience, has elastic properties comparable to rubber. This wide range of properties allows a multitude of applications in films through to fragrance pellets.

Westlake Chemicals offers Elevate with a comonomer content of 4% to 28% and a melt index of less than 1 to over 200.
