Code of Conduct
Biesterfeld as a group has set itself a business code of conduct.
Derived from the company values, this code of conduct sets out fundamental principles of behaviour. These are intended to determine the actions of our employees in their daily work.
These principles for business conduct are group-wide standards and guidelines that apply to all employees. They are intended to help us cope with the many different legal and cultural challenges in our everyday work and to fulfil our own standards, which we set for ourselves.
These principles are not static, but are instead developed further on an ongoing basis and along with a changing social environment.
